Visiting here was a pleasure! The lodging was pristine, with a spacious and well-designed layout that made my stay comfortable. The breakfast options were satisfying, especially the egg white frittata. Staff interactions were pleasant, and the cleanliness of the common areas was impressive. Great quick stop for a road trip!

Breakfast featured a superb variety, including homemade ice cream and delicious omelettes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, working hard to ensure our family felt comfortable, even with messy kids. However, the room layout was misleading, as we expected a true one-bedroom suite but received a studio setup. Also, the bathroom fan dripped a mysterious brown fluid, which was quite off-putting. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and significant drawbacks.

Breakfast choices impressed me greatly. Plenty of options and quantities kept replenished. The pool area was inviting. however, the temperature felt a bit chilly. A degree warmer would help get kids excited to jump in. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. At checkout, I requested a printout of my invoice to clarify charges, but was told it wasn't available on-site. This was frustrating, especially after I discussed it ahead of time. I expected more from this facility on this aspect. Overall, breakfast and room quality stood out, but the issues with invoicing affected my experience.

We explored the Southern Cascade Mountains and hiked through the Umpqua National Forest. The hotel was a great base for our adventures. Loved the spacious rooms and the comfy beds. Breakfast was solid too, perfect to kick-start our days. Just a heads up, the pool area gets busy on weekends!

High room rates compared to the basic amenities provided!!! Issues with room assignments are frustrating, especially with multiple complaints of receiving rooms that do not match bookings. Perhaps more attention to cleanliness in common areas could elevate the experience!!!
